Terms of use
Last updated: 14 May 2026
These terms apply to access and use of the Corde Pump Selector at selector.corde.com.au (the “Selector”), operated by Allied Pumps Pty Ltd. By signing in to or otherwise using the Selector you agree to these terms.
1. Access
Access to the Selector is restricted to approved customers, distributors and partners of Allied Pumps. Allied Pumps may grant, suspend or revoke access at any time, including (but not limited to) where:
- the user is no longer an approved customer or partner;
- the user shares their account credentials with another person;
- the user attempts to extract, scrape or copy data outside of the intended workflow;
- the user is identified as a competitor of Allied Pumps.
2. Indicative performance data
Performance figures shown by the Selector (flow, head, efficiency, power, NPSHr and similar) are derived from published pump curves and standard engineering models including affinity laws, ISO 9906 tolerances and the Hydraulic Institute viscosity correction (HI 9.6.7). They are indicative only.
Actual performance in the field depends on installation, fluid properties, system curve, pipework, ambient conditions and other factors. Users must confirm duty conditions with an Allied Pumps representative before specifying or purchasing a pump for a real application.
3. No warranty
The Selector is provided on an “as is” basis. Allied Pumps makes no warranty as to the suitability, accuracy or fitness for purpose of the data, recommendations or datasheets produced. To the extent permitted by law, Allied Pumps will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on the Selector.
4. Intellectual property
Pump performance data, selection logic, datasheets, branding and other content within the Selector are the property of Allied Pumps Pty Ltd or its licensors. Users may download datasheets for their own engineering and procurement purposes but must not republish, on-sell or use the data in competing tools.
5. Account data and analytics
The Selector uses Microsoft sign-in. The following information is collected and held for the purpose of operating the service:
- your email address and basic profile information from your Microsoft account, used for access control and audit;
- your selection activity (search queries, pumps selected, datasheets downloaded), used to improve the Selector and to support customer engagement by Allied Pumps.
Personal data is held only as long as needed to operate the service and support customer engagement. We do not sell or share this information with third parties for advertising purposes. Cookies set by the Selector are limited to authentication session cookies provided by Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps; the Selector does not use marketing or tracking cookies.
To request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or to request removal of your account from the allowlist, email sales@alliedpumps.com.au.
6. Updates to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The “Last updated” date above marks the most recent revision. Continued use of the Selector after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
